Use a piece of tape that you place on one of your nails,
Mark the ends using a pen, felt-tip pen or other
Peel off the tape and stick it on a flat surface,
Then measure the length and refer to the sizes below.

- Size S : 15mm / 12mm / 13mm / 11mm / 8mm
- Size M: 16mm / 12mm / 13mm / 11mm / 9mm
- Size L: 18mm / 13mm / 14mm / 12mm / 10mm
If you are between two sizes, I advise you to take the size above and file down the excess slightly.
